Good product, wish it didn't have salt, I could add my own salt. I'm writing this review though, to praise the fact that Amazon seems to have gone from using ethoxyquin to protect its color to rosemary extract. If so, great, because ethoxyquin may be toxic to the liver, kidney and be a genotoxin. Like that famous Woody Allen movie, we may one day learn that smoking is healthy, we may one day learn that ethoxyquin is a panacea, and cures everything. But right now the studies available led the people who studied the ingredient to conclude, it's toxic at high doses and may accumulate strong pigments (yes pigments are a chemical category) and lipids, in the kidney and liver. So, good for Amazon for switching to rosemary, even for those of us who can't afford to get the fancy organic versions of everything. There's enough toxicity everywhere, no need to add more.

You do not need the fancy expensive seasoning this is the same exact stuff as the expensive spices with just as much flavor for a fraction of the price.
