I have a signed copy in my personal library at home. As a student of Dr Knod's, it is a great text that really breaks down the way services and processes can be analyzed and perfected overtime. From a man who advises the Chinese government and big industry on process methods, this book is a bible that should be kept by every student and never sold back. One can refer back to it again and again and the methods are still timeless.

Well the book was require for an Operation Management class. After reading a few pages its a pretty good book.
