Surprisingly effective
Needless to say I was a bit skeptical based on the little reviews I read, although many weren't related to the purpose of this splint. A little cumbersome to put on at the beginning, but after wearing it fora few hours I noticed I had no pain. TFCC injury from repetitive tennis play (I love putting spins on the ball). Unfortunately at the price of this injury

Cheap
This brace is very cheap! It’s made out of a thin stretchy sponge like material. Waste of money for a TFCC. Fine print: No Returns! I know why, save your money. Better off going to Wal Mart so you can see what you’re getting & Return it if it doesn’t fit.

Great
I have some wrist issues and this is perfect. I also have arthritis in my thumb so that helps it too and it doesn’t restrict your movement at all.

I had a TFCC injury December of last year and it's been getting better but when I'm doing house chores I find it helpful to use the brace so I can prevent myself from moving my hand into extreme side to side motions.

Not Much Help For Me
This may work for some people but it was not a help for me. I had a tfcc injury from tennis and thought this might be helpful. I had a hard brace made by a physical therapist and I was looking to transition from the rigid brace to something more flexible. I just didn't feel that this did much for me. It was very soft and it didn't support in the way I needed. For Carpal Tunnel sufferers this may be worth a try. I've been fortunate that rest and strengthening exercises have helped me make a very slow but steady recovery. I found that wrist, forearm, and hand strengthening have been important in healing. Rubber band type hand exercisers you can find here on Amazon have been very useful.

A first time for everything...
I've never left a negative review on amazon, but there's a first time for everything. This product is arguably the worst wrist brace designed to support TFCC tears. Expensive. Made of cheap material. Provides zero support. Doesn't fit at all!! Don't make the same mistake I made - do your homework before purchasing this product.
