Excellent purchase! Very ergonomic.
This pen is amazing! I had no idea it would be so comfortable to use. The size is great and makes long writing sessions less tiresome for your hand. It's very ergonomic. I would highly recommend anyone needing hand relief for writing.

Neat little pen!
Neat little pen. This was a gift for someone who has issues with their hands shaking. I tried the own and enjoyed writing with it. The person (a senior man) I have it to had an extremely hard time trying to learn how to use it. I imagine he may not even use it, just because of the "learning curve." I feel it write well, the ink did flow smoothly. I could use this Len to write with however it seems the refills are a bit pricey. I think it would help a lot for a student who writes a lot and help with fatigue in the fingers. (If anyone really writes with a pen anymore these days!) Overall a great little own but may be difficult for someone set in their ways to learn to use.(it has to be held a special way and wraps around your finger sort of)

Easy to write with
Definitely takes the pressure off of my thumb joint. I would give a 5 Star rating if the pen came with blue ink instead of just black.

Comfort gets an A+; durability gets a generous C-
Well. I've had two of these pens now. I love them more than anything for helping me stave off finger pain. I have EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrom) and it makes my fingers wonky, especially when gripping narrow objects like pens. Sadly this is a problem as I need to write almost constantly at work. In doing my best to avoid developing arthritis at the ripe old age of 25, I was recommended this pen by my hand therapist. When I received my very first pen I was beyond thrilled. I could write with comfort and ease again! It even helped with some of my wrist and ulnar nerve pain! A miracle! Sadly the honeymoon phase was relatively short. The first rude adjustment was that the pens run dry very quickly. Not the biggest issue in the world since refills are easily available and not absurdly expensive. Also, the pen is so tiny I don't know how I didn't expect them to run dry quickly. I can't imagine it would be easy to fit any more ink in there. So, I got over that pretty quickly and went back to LOVING my pen. Using it at work constantly. Enjoying a significantly reduced pain level in my everyday life. What could possibly go wrong? Sadly, it was not meant to be. Having to replace the ink cartridges so frequently took its toll on the pen. The clicky bit of the pen (I know, a super technical term, but you know what I mean right? The little bit that moves around to cover and uncover the actual nib on the pen when you push it down or click the button on the side?) is held on with only the tiniest plastic nubs. Having to remove and reattach that cap (is that a better word?) of the pen so frequently rapidly wore off the little nubs on the sides. First I started having to twist the clicky bit to get it to stay down and uncover the nib for me to write. Not long after that it just ceased to stay down altogether. In the grand scheme of things, this wasn't enough to totally turn me off of this product, though. I still bought a replacement pen. I still use the second pen every day. I still refill it often. It's the best thing I've found for my poor aching fingers and I suppose the benefits outweigh the annoyances. If you don't want to have to buy replacements though, it might be good to look around for other options.

Fine pens.
Bought these for my wife who had went thru a couple of strokes and they allowed her to grasp and write, and I found they were also great for me with the arthritis in my hand. And they last.

Made For Man Hands
Pen works great as far as ink flow, but it's NOT for petite hands, and they did not bother to make a smaller size. I'm 5'7 and I wear a women's size 7.5 shoe, so my hands are smallish but by no means tiny. Like most things, this product is made assuming man-sized is "standard", even though half the world is female. The stem is too long. My fingers are too far away to write neatly. Trying to jam the fork as far between my fingers as possible to stretch my reach a little bit farther defeats the whole point of the design.

My favorite pen!
I recently started teaching myself to write left-handed because of the pain I get from writing with my right hand (arthritis, limited mobility, and nerve damage from multiple breaks and surgeries). I basically gave up writing with my right hand. This pen was suggested to me by amazon and honestly, the only reason I bought it was because of the strange shape(i like collecting strange pens). Turns out, this pen REALLY does what it claims! I have been writing with my right hand again and with almost ZERO pain! I will be buying these pens for the foreseeable future.

Comfortable - relieves fore finger pain
This is a very good design. Relieves forefinger pressure. Very comfortable, and easy to get used to. Allows sufficient control. I tried the same grip on other pens. It works, but it is not as comfortable, because the pens are thicker don't feel as secure.
