This is a great product. Especially, for the cost! The instructions could use an update, but the important stuff is labeled or in the directions. Make a point to think about how it is going to go together before you start and you will be fine. The elbows that attach to the car are what accommodate the difference in length between the front and the back bar mounting holes on the car. I measured the difference at about 2". Remember to orient the rubber base so that it will provide a flat mounting surface for the rack on the sloped roof of the car, one side is taller and there is a top and bottom. The curved plastic piece sits inside the rubber base.Once the rack is mounted and the cross bar is evenly spaced, don't forget to tighten (clockwise) the wedge that will keep the bar from shifting between the elbows, It will take a long time if you use the allen wrench provide, just keep at it. The tab on the cover piece slides in on top of the rubber part of the cross bar.I could not be happier with this roof rack!

Bought this to help haul gear/luggage for vacations and work around the house! Rack is very solid and I would trust it to hold just about anything within reason! There’s also no added noise when driving.A lot of people have complained about how difficult it was to install. I had a smoother time than I expected. It was still difficult to line up the bolts to attach it to the roof, but you would have that issue with any rack that mounts to the car’s built-in attachment points. Overall I’m very impressed and would recommend this to anyone who wants to get more carrying capacity out of their Kia Soul!

One review made it seem fairly easy to install even though the instructions are about half-complete. I think they realized the initial design on the screw to attach it to the roof was too short , so they added extensions. Problem is that the extensions are too long and the rod is very loose. I'm going to try to add a nut to take up the excess space - I would not recommend buying a roof rack that does not fit by design. Scary to think about what may happen at 85mph.Update: I requested new longer correct sized bolts - I was sent three that were the correct size, and the 4th was still the shorter incorrect size, so I still can install the rack on my car properly. I have requested they send another correct bolt to I can try to actually use the racks.

Just installed this on my 2020 Kia EX. Yes it fits except one issue - the bolts they provided are too long for the front bar. You can amend that by using washers or nuts to make it tight but then the cover will not slide on properly. So I am off to Home Depot to buy some shorter bolts. I need the rack to carry two 44 pound kayaks. I will update review when I learn how well this rack carries the weight. Agree with others that it comes with the world's worst instructions, however it really is quite simple to see how things are supposed to go together. Given the difference in price between this product and OEM product it is worth a shot! Hey, it looks real cool!

After reading the negative reviews about OMAC and their products, I decided to take a chance on them. I received my vehicle crossbars a few days after ordering it. The instructions were hard to understand at first, but once you started putting it together it made sense and was pretty easy. I noticed I was missing (2) parts and of course!! It was after hours And the next day was Sunday🤦‍♂️OMAC had already closed. So I emailed them, expecting not to hear anything for a few days and within a few hours I received a email back, and long story short!! My missing parts were shipped out the next day. Not a bad company to deal with, and the product looks great!! I will definitely order from OMAC again

There were a few small scratches on the under side of the one cross bar. I chose to still put them on because I didn’t want to go through the return hassle. The directions with these are terrible. If you buy them beware that one is shorter then the other. As I said the directions do not indicate this. After I had the front cross bar installed I realized the remaining on was too short. First, I thought I got the wrong part but then I had the idea to switch them. So by trial and error I got them installed. On the bright side they do look nice and don’t make noise while driving.

They fit my 2020 Kia Soul perfectly . I would have given 5 stars if instructions were provided , however , I am mechanically inclined and the installation was fast and simple .

The directions aren’t descriptive but overall the bars are easy to install. I just followed from one picture to the next picture and it turned out perfectly. I used them on my 2021 Kia Soul. The longer bar is for the front of the vehicle and the shorter bar for the back. I didn’t have to replace any screws or anything. The install was complete in under an hour as I did the install myself. I also placed a cargo rack onto my bars. I will be using this for outdoor adventures with my daughter. Hope this helps anyone looking to purchase this product.
