It is not made for that much weight. **Q: What kind of toy is this? I saw something similar that is used for core exercise.** A: A good sensory movement toy. Can sit and rock or stand and rock. On hard surface makes noise due to suction cups on bottom which is good for a sensory seeking child or kids that want to make noises. My kids love it ages 2, 3 & 11. **Q: Has anybody used this and the Bilibo? I'm trying to decided which one to buy. Thanks!** A: We have a Bilibo and LOVE it! My oldest son got it for xmas when he was 2 and he still plays with it at 7 years old and shares it with his sister (5) and brother (2). They all use it to stand on, sit in, spin in, carry toys from room to room in, as a cave or tunnel in different play scenarios with their toys, etc. Unfortunately, we don’t have a teeter, but I’m not sure if the noise would be annoying or not. The standing up rocking seems good for their balance and core and fun though. **Q: Can this be used outdoors?** A: I think so as long as the surface is flat and clean and the child is supervised closely.
