Correct length 350mm and diameter 28.6 for my muddyfox recoil 26 which came with a short post. Too short for me. Even at 5'6". Markings on back of post allow to get adjustment just right. More than enough tube length to get right height for me. You need quite a chunky alun key to tighten bolt wish I had known as was at work when put on but used some pliers to tighten till got home. My own fault for not being prepared. Loads of adjustment in the seat bar section at top to get seat at correct angle for me. Will do me for commute to work and back and now at correct ride height to be comfortable.
