Its been more than 20 days i am using this TV. So let me share my experience.Pros: -1. Picture quality is beyond expectations.2. 20 watt speaker is crisp n clear3. Stunningly thin profile4. USB port is working flawlessly5. I really love the installation process. Quick n smart service by you.6. 43inches A grade full hd panel cant except at this price. Really a good deal❤7. Black levels are perfect8. Contrast level is damn good9. Interface is a pleasure to use.10 affordable with good HDR colorCons: -1. This tv is not smart or android tv so smart features are not there. But cant except at this price.:-I m using this tv with Amazon fire stick so its a best combinationAmzon firestick+ 43inches cloudwalker tv ❤❤❤

The media could not be loaded. Firstly - I purchased a Cloudwalker 49" non-smart TV from Amazon for 20,700/- during the middle of Sept 2019.That was a tough decision. Everyday after my office, I used to spend a lot of time researching for the purchase of a TV. I had limited budget. That made the job even tougher. And I am glad I went for Cloudwalker finally.The visuals/picture quality is simply stunning. It can compete with some of the high-end TVs. Imagine spending 20k (only) for a full LED TV and getting theatre like experience.Secondly, the biggest let down. The sound from 20 W speakers. Absolutely FLAT & USELESS. Couldnt hear the dialogues even sitting 6 feet away. Thoroughly disappointed.So I went ahead and purchased a 120 W Soundbar (see my pics). Now I have a super duper TV system at home. The soundbar cost me another 6 k.So everything is top-order now.My house does not have an appropriate place for wall mount. So I did not require the help of an Amazon technician.There was no HDMI cable with the TV. Had to purchase it from outside. Some 200/- INR.The service of DELHIVERY Courier was a disaster. Anyway I overcame it.The TV deserves 5 stars. But I am reducing 1 star for the negative sound quality.My advice to all those people with limited budget. Do what I did. And save money and researching time.Good luck folks. And thank you Amazon !Edit Aug 2020...around this time my much appreciated TV went Blank. Called Cloudwalker customer care a million times. Once some technician came home. Made me spend about 8.5 k. He also disappeared when my TV Picture disappeared. It is almost 3 years now. My TV is dead and 💐Resting in Peace💐 on my wall...No customer care... no technician.... no repairs.... no extended warranty... only a Grave silence around my TV...

I did a lot of research before buying this TV and to my satisfaction, it has turned out better than I expected. The quality is remarkable at the price point. The picture quality is great for a 1080p display at 8 bit colour depth. This product is unbeatable at the price point of just 21,000. They also provide free installation service in case you require the TV to be clamped to the wall. The clamp and attachments are included. All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I'm writing this review after 1.5yrs of using this TV. Initially it was OK without any issues except the sound clarity and one fine suddenly the display is gone. Luckily I'd bought One Assist insurance for which they have to replace the LED which costed them 7.5k. And after a month of the repair again the display vanished, later they replaced power circuit and asked us to use with stabiliser for which we agreed and installed but, it only worked for 3days and again same issue. Now the technician has quoted to replace entire panel for which my insurance company denied as the cost of insurance will be covered for 80% of the invoice value. Now I've left with no option than to scrap the crap within 2yrs of buying. Overall my experience is to buy a branded ones for longer reliability than choosing the cheap crap.

This was the best product ever purchased from Amazon . CLOUD WALKER Full HD LED TV is the Best Picture, colour etc. I have recommended to many frnds and from that I very much know that 5 of them has purchased the same.ONE suggestion just improve the remote quality. If possible I need one remote pls

Picture quality is good. Sound mediocre. But doesn't play pendrive content on full screen. A small screen plays at Centre of tv screen. Tried usb 2.0 & 3.0 pendrives. Both same. Same content played on full screen on my previous lloyd 40 inches.Update: pendrive playback in full screen issue resolved. No problem with tv. Just lack of proper knowledge of remote function. Thanks Amazon for tech help.

Overall tv is good at available price on Amazon. Picture quality is good, sound quality is good but not so good.It's easy to operate the functions.Installation was not done at given time betw 10 am to 12pmThere is sum issue to access the USB port, there is no side USB port, If u once mount the TV on wall u can't able to plug pen driveU have to USB cable extension for that.In the cart customer can choose extended warranty by one assist company but they don't provide the warranty for cloudwalker brand. then why Amazon suggest one assist please suggest other alternate for warranty.In product description at Amazon site there is some features are mention by Amazon as following are1. A plus IPS pannel2. Xluminious display.3. 16.7 million coloursWas not mention on Led Screen lable, Led box, Led manual, was missing, then how, why customers will trust on product & also on Amazon. This things are disappointing.Otherwise product is good not bad.

Great Tv super sound and great IPD panel...the TV is definitely worth every penny and totally a steal. If you are looking for budget tv..I am a researcher and the only TV that came close to this was Airis however that TV is not well established as this one. The only other you have it spend a lot to get this quality with other brands.
