QSFPTEK SFP to RJ45 Copper Module, 1G Gigabit 10/100/1000BASE-T Copper Mini-Gbic Transceiver for Cisco GLC-T/GLC-TE/SFP-GE-T, Mikrotik S-RJ01, Netgear, Reach to 100m

Use it to make a 10gbe connection with the Zyxel XGS1210-12 to my Mac Studio, which natively has the 10gbe Ethernet port. Just plug it in, and it works like a charm.

The product is of strong composition and the speed is as quoted. Took me five minutes to work out how to release it from the port but if you pull up the brass jack by the rj45 it releases it. Once locked in it doesn't easily come loose which means there is a good secure connection. Unlike others where you pull and lift up which could allow them to become disconnected. Delivery on time and seller was helpful. Fantastic product.

I'd read a lot about how hot these transceivers can get, but was surprised at how quickly it heated up. I am using this to connect RJ45 into a QNAP which only has SFP+ ports. Works fine for speed and I've not had any stability issues, but I'm also not transferring loads of data so the heat was surprising. But considering what this is doing at an electronics level, it's understandable. I'll be researching options or ideas to try find cooler options or might just direct a fan to actively cool it.

Working just fine in a Cisco 3850, Proliant DL380 10GB FLOM.No issues at all, works out of the box. And so much cheaper than Cisco SFPs

I've run these SFP+ modules at 10Gb, 2.5Gb and 1Gb in both the SFP+ and SFP28 ports of a Mikrotik 2216 router and they have performed as well as they should do. They also don't trigger the temperature warning like the Mikrotik branded SFP+ modules so no annoying fan noise.I've also had them in RB2004-12s+ router, Mikrotik CSS & CRS, Vimin branded switch and they've worked in all of them. All in all, I'd recommend.

This product came well packaged without any annoying blister packaging. I used it with my unifi dream machine and it worked without any hassle at all. I am having no issues getting the advertised gigabit speeds and i'm happy with the product.

Had to send back! worked on Aruba but not supported. Apart from that was a good product!

Had a couple of Ubiquiti ones, needed a third and tried one of these instead. It’s been great, one my Ubiquiti ones started to play up so switched to these, no issues so far, and they are a bit cheaper!

funktioniert mit zwei Medienwandlern verschiedener Hersteller und bereits vorhandenem Lichtleiterkabel direkt.

Fonctionne sans problème depuis plusieurs semaines. Ne chauffe pas trop. Connecté sur un switch VIMIN d’un coté et de l’autre une carte mère supermicro.

Utilizado com um witch Ubiquiti UniFI sem qualquer problema, com ligação 10Gigabits.

Ik gebruik deze in een Meraki MS120-8P switch. Werkt perfect.
