Unfortunately what was advertised and promoted is NOT what i received. Instead of what is advertised, I received a watch with a single large removal piece, not the two individual earpieces that charge in the phone case. the part that comes out is a bulky 'old' style bluetooth earpiece. After removing it from holder, the white part will not fold down and i cannot get it back into the case, so it's useless. i also cannot get it to stay in my ear, so even if i wanted to try it. The company offered to credit part of the fee, but I have NO use for this product as is. I'm happy to pay for what was advertised...but they want me to pay to ship back this product-to China....what a rip off,should've known better. How can a company advertise one thing and deliver another and then not see they are at fault?!
