Fixed the leaking Toto in-wall toilet
Expensive piece of parts but you can replace it yourself (a few YouTube videos helped) pretty easily. Works perfectly fixed the leaking toilet that few plumbers even have an idea how to fix the in wall toilet!

What can you say, it’s a factory part. Fits perfectly and as being still new, works perfectly. TOTO should sell a rebuild kit for a few bucks.

Low quality parts, no parts available from Toto
I've now had to replace the fill valve assembly twice in two years due to a failing gasket. Toto doesn't have just the gasket, or any parts available for this, you need to buy a whole assembly. Not only is this expensive, it's a complete waste. If you find yourself in a similar situation, do the following: 1. Call Toto support, be nice, explain the issue, and see if they'll ship you one out. Their product may not be that great, but their support is. 2. Pick up this item (Geberit 240.771.00.1) for $11. If you pull this apart, and you see that the gasket is ripped the gasket from the gerberit valve will work, and it also appears to be silicon instead of rubber. I expect it to last much longer. Unfortunately you can't use all the parts in the package, but based on my experience that will fix the failing part in the assembly. Geberit 240.771.00.1 Seal Kit for Impuls380 Fill Valve 3. I think there is also a good chance that we can swap the toto fill valve, with the entire gerberit fill valve. It's also about 1/3 the cost of the Toto, so probably worth a shot. Over priced
Works fine. Once I figured out how to install. That said big downer is I had to buy the whole assembly when all I needed was a new washer that apparently isn’t sold separately. Price was rediculously high for a simple float.
