I'm week 6 post bbl. I've used this since day 3 of surgery and it is a lifesaver. It's a mix of comfortable and uncomfortable, tbh. When I use the bottom pillow on a hard, wooden chair, I can't sit for very long. However, a plastic chair or padded office chair are definitely much more comfortable. Your thighs will start to fall asleep after awhile, and adjusting to using it in the car is hilarious. I keep the back padding in my car and only take the bottom piece with me, wherever I go. For the price and amount of time you actually use this, I'm glad I got it. It's the only thing that really allowed me to go back to work.

This pillow is way too hard and way too thick. I cannot use it for driving in the car or for even sitting at the table. It is so uncomfortable and hard. It makes my legs go numb. The Aossa brand one is much better.

Great quality cushions,

Purchased and use for coccyx pain. You have to sit with you buttocks hanging off the cushion so it is odd. You need a foot stool as well. I can use this for a few hours and then my thighs hurt and feet go numb. It’s helped reduce my tailbone pain (from sitting at work), but it’s not really pleasant or a long term solution. The pillow itself is hard as a brick. Expensive too! The back support pillow is completely useless.
