I always keep several jars of this on hand for our weekly curry night. It's so quick, convenient, healthy and absolutely delicious. I simmer two jars of this in a pan of diced chicken, fresh cilantro and frozen peas. Then we place it over jasmine rice. We top with a dollop of Greek yogurt and some fresh cilantro. It's heavenly. I actually just gifted two jars of this to a friend. Great product!

To make this extremely rich you can add coconut cream, and because the flavor is subtle I’ve added it to scrambled eggs, vegetable soups, several casserole dishes and have used it as a more interesting cream sauce. If I had a wish, it would be that they would also sell it in a larger size.

I have tried ALOT of jarred Indian sauces and this one is definitely the best ever. The most authentic tasting to what you get in a restaurant. I did add 1/2 c of lite coconut milk - DELICIOUS!

I first tried this product by purchasing it from a gourmet mail order store where it costs more. I am glad I found it here because I can’t find it locally. It’s so good with chicken or salmon and veg.

Coconut Cashew Korma was delicious.... I did add salt and Hot Madras Curry powder to it, simmered some diced chicken thighs in it and served with naan bread. Very very good dinner option! It's a bit pricey for the size of the jar and poor oil choice in ingredients... I 'might' buy again, but it will be very very seldom due to the content of seed oil (canola) in it. ....... It's weird they don't use coconut oil to make this healthier.... If they did that, I'd rate it 5 stars and buy all the time!!!

Best vegan Indian sauce I’ve tried

I love Indian food, and this Brooklyn Delhi Tikki Masala is excellent! The flavor is authentic and delicious, it lasts a long time in the fridge, and it’s very easy to prepare. Perfect for quick and tasty meals at home. Highly recommended!
