We bought this as the other Le Creuset pan was a little small to take the items i was frying in their. Despite its size, the heat dissapates really well and the best thing for me is all those little splashes of fat that go everywhere, because of the high sides on this, they dont go everywhere anymore, they stay in the pan.

I tried one of these when cooking with a friend. I was impressed. I bought the widest I can find and I was shocked at the price but now, it seems almost irrelevant because I get results with these that I get with no other frying pan. As a result, I've bought 4 of these now. We have other frying pans but when I need heat to sear meat or sauté potatoes so they've got a crunchy exterior, these are the the only pans for the job. Love them.

Nach 2 Jahren kaputt

I have bought 2 of these pans. One in 2018 which warped on my induction hob and lost its non stick properties . I bought a new one in 2021 in hopes it would be better and the same results so more fool me. All my cookware is Le Cruset and their products are great but this is poor quality and I would avoid especially if you have an induction hob.
