Totally worth it!
I was very surprised that I would like these as much as I did. These things work perfectly- crimps look amazing, and the actual crimping process is much easier than the normal hand crimps. I am a pretty small person and lack a good bit of grip strength- so these make it much easier to get reliable crimps that won't fall out.TL;DR: worth the money short term.The ratcheting mechanism seems to be a lesser quality steel- so will probably end up not wanting to ratchet/lock a few years down the road. Could always cut larger hills with a dremel though.

Great Crimping Tool
I use a lot of heat shrink terminals of all types and I really like the Qibaok terminals. I bought this crimping tool and it is a HUGE improvement over the old red handled one I'd been using for decades

Nice quality but won't crimp 22 AWG stranded wires reliably
Red heat shrink terminals are typically rated for 22 to 16 AWG wire but I found this tool won't secure stranded 22 AWG wire in a Red terminal well. The gap in the die is just too wide so the crimping force adjustment makes no difference. In fairness the description states AWG 20-10 and it's actually marked on the tool. Otherwise excellent quality - 5 stars if it would do 22 AWG.

Very nice.
I do lots of 12v electrical repairs at work and was very surprised at how nice these crimpers work. They are adjustable and do not cut through the heat shrink connectors. Great for the price

Works quite well at crimpiing
I purchased this crimping tool quite some time ago from Amazon and have been using it regularly. I reviewed the older review, and have to disagree with those who were unable to get wire to hold in the connector after crimping.I have crimped using the red, blue and Yellow connectors with the specified wire gauge, testing every crimp using the tug, pull, pull with no wires coming loose.The crimp is well engineered and rugged. It produces clean and neat crimps resulting in a professional looking job. This crimping tool sure beats the shade-tree hack job tools I used before with special pliers and such.
