I have been taking the Nature Made Fish Oil Omega-3 supplement for a while now, and I must say I am pretty satisfied with the product as a whole. The soft-gels are a decent size to swallow daily, and I have not encountered the fishy taste or burbs that sometimes come with other omega-3 supplements. I’m taking it mostly for overall heart and brain health benefits, and I feel comfortable knowing that I’m replenishing the EPA & DHA into my body daily. The product appears to be of good quality, and the ingredients are simple to understand, which is a definite bonus for me. While I haven’t seen any miraculous changes (ie, the next day), I do feel that I have continuous energy levels when I’m taking this supplement versus when I’m not. The bottle will last a while, and it does seem to be worth the price. If you're looking for a good, reliable Omega-3 supplement that doesn’t have a fishy smell or taste, then this one works.

This supplement is a great quality product with no fishy taste or smell. This is one of the better priced nutrients for what it provides. The supplement is not super easy to swallow for those that are not used to taking pills (see photos - M&M for scale) but it works great for heart health, among other things!

I did some research and they said this was one of the top brands for lab tested, and affordable prices. I burp a little fishy if I dont take with food. The gel tablets are on the larger side. I will order these unless I find some smaller ones that are equivalent. I recommend.
