Beautiful shower at a great price
Love this shower. I shopped around quite a bit as I wanted a large waterfall shower head and separate hand shower but with round controls rather than square. Loved this set in both the black and gold and was such a good price. It came packaged very well and feels high quality. The only negative I would note is the plumber said the instructions were in a different language but as I had printed off all the info from the description of the product on Amazon he was able to use those details as well.

Good product, delivered ahead of time.
The product is very well made and looks amazing when fitted. The instructions are in Chinese but are easy to follow once you find out which way up the shower valve goes.

Shower
My product arrived on time! But sadly didnt look like it was in the box properly or correct box and didnt have everything with it, picture above no on off handles no valves no separate shower hose. Very disappointed as we needed this asap. Asked for full refund but ordered another in the hope it comes today with everything in 🙏

not a great thermostate.... will eventually probably annoy us enough to fit a new shower.
looks the part and a huge shower head which we were delighted with.... but you pay for what you get and although it looks good it has cheap componants and this was pointed out by the plumber and it does work ok on a warm day when you don't need hot hot water but if you want a really hot shower it does play up and the water temperature will cause it to go colder. a shame but we are bath people so only use it now and again and prob more in hot weather so it prob wonr be so annoying.

Returned due to plastic valves
I unfortunately had to return this item as I had not realised that the valve casing is plastic. The plumber fitting my bathroom advised that I get a full brass valve as a mixture of plastic and brass may have problems with leaking due to the different components expanding and contracting at different rates.As the shower was never fitted I cannot comment on how well it performs.I was however impressed with the speed of delivery and ease of return.

Product is lovely but came with damaged parts
Unfortunately this part of the shower valve was damaged! Hoping a replacement can be sent?
