When it arrived, the bow was completely detached. You could see where a lump of glue was supposed to hold the bow on, but it did not hold. The lights come separate and you have to figure out how to attach, and you have to figure out how to stabilize the battery case - as it is much heavier than the entire snowman. The top and bottom "wreaths" were attached by zip tie.
