They usually have tabs these days, though maybe 1 order in 5 doesn't from time to time. It used to be almost never, then was about 50:50, but they mostly have tabs now.

Does the 03 fit a Melitta 4 pot?

You can make it work by folding the bottom but the melitta #4 filters are usually cheaper anyway so not sure why you would.

are these bleached or unbleached?

The white ones are bleached, the brown ones, apparently not. The pic here is of the white ones.
