Should you buy the big boat of theese?

I bought the big boat and these. My son use these little boat to play with his small lego figures. He has some lego soldiers and they fit perfect. And he use them to play while taking the shower. The big one is good too. He use the big one to play with the bigger soldier figures. Yo can try with these. My son really love them. NOTE The small door both they have is very delicate. So, usually, the unions with the boat are very thing and they will broke if the kid pull it fast or with some strength.

No, the boat is not water tight due to drop down door.
