A: If you a familiar with the Habanero pepper, you know it is upper level hot.  I would describe this as powdered habanero, excellent.

A: The Gourmet Collection is known for having less salt than most. The salt content is only 4% of the total content, enough to enhance the flavor without that ‘too salty’ taste.
