I really like it and it is cheap. I struggle to sharpen stainless steel knifes in all honesty. I have tried many ways. Next I am buying a diamond stone basic machine that clamps the knife in place and runs the diamond stone along the edge at any given angle. I will go for 20 degrees probably. 420 stainless .
