This product has no printed expiration date on the label. Since it has no printed expiration date on the label I have no confidence in the manufacturer and the product quality. If a product does not have a printed expiration date on the label anyone can simply print their own label and make it say whatever they want. I am very disappointed in the manufacturer and will no longer buy any of their products.

My sister in law used to work as a nurse in a cardiologist's office and said guggul is supposed to help steady out irregular heart rhythms. I have irregular rhythms and can't really say that it's helped any but I know that it's good for other health reasons. The capsules are good quality and I believe this is a very good supplement.
