THIS REALLY WORKS!
I was advised by my Urologist that I have an overactive bladder with urges to frequently and very little coming out. I was given a two week free trial prescription for GEMTESA which helped a little. Great for OBS
I have a special situation wherein I have very weak muscles in my lower abdominal area after a complete hysterectomy due to stage 4 endometriosis. I have both Overactive Bladder Syndrome and urinary retention.I decided to give this a try after doing my own research on what ingredients would best help me. I've tried Azo, I was prescribed medication from my doctor, but they ultimately didn't help.I've been taking this for a few weeks now and I am very pleased with it. It really helps with my OBS and I've been getting much better sleep as a result. I can sleep for hours continuously and go about my work day with far less visits to the bathroom.It didn't help my urinary retention but it didn't make it any worse either.Overall, I'd recommend it to anyone with OBS or anyone that may be experiencing similar issues I did after surgery.

Does not work. I was so hopeful to get help but didn’t work at all even with research of what to combine it with and talking to doctor.
