It does and excellent job keeping my aching knees nice and warm, and feel no pain, when wearing them!I use a thin scarf underneath them, as a lining, to prevent washing them daily, and create a smooth feel when wearing them. It works perfectly!

Bought these as many years ago had a motorcycle accident. One knee had a deep gash so I get aches and pains when it gets cold.These are perfect as they don't slip and keep my knees warm. Really soft and really cosy well worth the money.

I get really cold knees in the winter and previously bought heated knee warmers that got too hot for me to wear for long.These are ideal! It's really thick, elastic material. They just do such a great job of keeping my legs warm which somehow makes everything else feel better... ie having these on my knees makes my feet warmer and stops any pain from the cold.I sometimes wear them to bed on a cold night and can comfortably wear them all night although they are tight so I try not too.I think I ordered a medium or large which I was surprised that I had to because I'm a size 12 with fairly average/skinny knees so I would say use the sizing chart and don't be tempted to size down.I can wear these comfortable under joggers or over leggings or skinny jeans but they are bulky so wouldn't wear them out.Honestly one of my favourite purchases.I haven't washed them yet though so we'll see how they hold up in the wash.

Thicker, warmer and more supportive than I had expected. They really helped my arthritic knees in the freezing colder weather. Thermal leggings alone weren't enough. Washed well on a cool gentle cycle.

They were fluffy and warm , but much too tight . Would be fine if your knees are very skinny !

Bought to try as leg warmers as I tend to freeze from the knees down. I've bought many leg warmers over the years n these beat them all! They are double thickness, sturdy n do not move, no crinkling down as I move about. Because they stay in place I have no problem pulling trousers/jeans up over them. Brilliant!

Enfrento dolor de rodillas con el frío, he probado rodilleras de neopreno y cintas elásticas, pero estas rodilleras son de lo mejor, generalmente las rodilleras de neopreno debo dejarlas de usar después de unas horas, con estas no tengo problema, se ajustan sin sin crear constricción en la pierna o el muslo, llevo dos semanas usándolas y no tienen problema, espero que duren mucho. Las uso debajo de jeans y no se notan, pero no son skinny.
