Great for a second play-through.
The games menu, text, and subtitles are all in Japanese. Other than that, it's all English (including voice work). The game no longer has any DLC available for download on the Japanese Playstation store, but if you were a fan of this game, playing the Japanese version allows you to gain the trophies again on a separate list ("stacking" the trophies). Also, the playboy magazines are censored in this version.
