A solid cup that prevents spills and is good for the pool/outdoors
Overall I have found this to be a useful product. I enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings, but am incredibly clumsy when it comes to spilling wine (once to disastrous consequences for my laptop). So one night after I spilled a glass of wine all over the rug for what was probably the third time that week, my partner joked that I needed to buy a wine sippy cup-- and that is how I found this product. The overall quality of the product is good and the plastic feels sturdy. One reviewer complained that this product is not a legitimate Vin2Go product because it lacked a vine stamp on the bottom of the cup. I'm not sure what happened with that purchase, but my cup did have the stamp. There are a few drawbacks. As other reviewers have noted, you cannot get the last sip out without taking off the lid because there is a ridge that prevents it from coming out. I also have found that the opening that you sip from is a little big for me (I do have a small mouth for what it is worth) and this sometimes results in too much wine coming out and running down my chin rather than in my mouth. So I have to sip carefully. I otherwise have not experienced any leakage problems, as some other reviewers have noted. I would not fill this cup up and then throw it in a travel bag and expect it not to leak. But in my experience, if you put the lid on tightly and keep it upright, it works just fine.

Does its job for the most part
A lot of people are whining that these cups leak. I guess yes, they would leak if you turn them upside down. But like any insulated tumbler/travel mug, there's a little vent hole that allows you to sip the liquid from the other side. If you're not pushing the lid down all the way, that might also cause it to leak. I have two, and no leaking so far. However, as noted in some other reviews, a drop of wine got in between the seam of the outer cup and the wine glass and now there's a little wine inside the glass that I can't get out. I'm sure that's going to get worse over time. I wouldn't recommend dish washing these to preserve their life. Overall, they make a funny gift and will definitely prevent my husband from spilling an entire glass of wine on the carpet in one shot.

Seriously
On a very serious note:We have an elderly relative, a real daily oenophile, who has Parkinsons and who had finally faced the fact that the Days of Wine and Roses were behind him. For tremors and other neurological motion problems, this container restores dignity to the elderly who are terrified to order wine at a restaurant or, when at home, spilling wine on linen. This is not a gag item for those whose golden days are marred by just another sacrifice at a time when we are giving up driving, being far from a bathrooms, changing underwear fashions, etc. This is a dignity-restoration product and should see a much broader market than just a running joke. Tell your friends, parents and grandparents that they can enjoy that stout 1972 Cab again before the sun sets.

Great Wine "Sippy Cup"
I first saw this on a TV show, and the person called it a "wine sippy cup." I checked to see if they were available on Amazon, and, of course, they were.I ordered two of these for a couple of wine drinkers in my family, and I think they're going to get a good laugh out of them. The tumblers are substantial, and the top fits very tightly. I might try putting water in one just to make sure they don't leak. That wouldn't be a good thing of my gift leaked wine on someone's clothes, would it?I think they would make a great gag gift to any wine drinker.

very cool novelty
Love the look, but a bit hard to get used to drinking in. I have Tervis Tumblers, which these are not, so thought I knew about the lids. I ruined a new shirt (wine stains) as the wine slopped out as I was sipping. User error I think, you just have to watch out. Also, some red color from wine seeped down between the seems of the rim, after one glass of wine. But all the same, I love it. It meets the "no glass on the beach rule". Had several people come up to me to ask where I got them.

For the clumsy wine enthusiast in all of us
As a semi-formed adult who still unabashedly enjoys disney movies, easy mac, and naps, this was a perfect product for me. I got one for my friend as well and now we can drink while enthusiastically dancing to "I believe in a thing called love" and not spill everywhere, which had been a real problem in the past. Only concern is that sometimes when you sip, wine gets around the rim of the sippy structure and can then leak out a little. I am willing to overlook this flaw, however, since this product is genius.

Can't say enough good things about these Vino2Go Tumblers..
We use them alot. When we go to outdoor concerts and bring wine, its great to have an unspillable glass with some class. We also use them for our neighborhood block parties as everyone meets in a driveway and we bring a dish to share and our own beverage. I don't have to worry about keeping my wine glass in my hand to keep insects out or keep it from spilling.Great idea. Wish I would have found these earlier. Great service from seller (do your research, they are listed for different prices and this seller had the best deal). Quick delivery. Many thanks and a pleasure doing business with you!!!

A+ for Concept D+ for Build Qualtity
Obviously this is a product that's desirability is predicated mostly on its design and novelty. From this angle it delivers in spades. My wife loved it when she received it as a gift as she appreciates the finest box wine in the most convenient delivery vessel possible (I once gave her a box ofย Hefty Zoo Pals Cups Safari Collection Cups, Lids & Bendy Straws ย that were an even bigger hit). That being said, the build quality of this sippy cup is on par with most dollar store fare. The first time my wife used the cup a drop of wine seeped through and dried inside the walls of the plastic, leaving a very noticeable red freckle on the cup that will never go away. By the third time she used it, the red top started to leak. We'll see if she uses it again or if it just goes the way of most novelty gifts: into the trash.I'd stick with the Zoo Pal cups, they'll be less of a let down.
