great value. Aesthetically pleasing as is or get a different bulb for actual use.
27w bulbs are dim period. Nothing against this brand like the other reviews state attacking the brand. Most foglights (factory) are 27w. I prefer 55w or even 100w in my fogs. All 800 series fog bulbs have the same pattern and plug so if you find a bulb worth paying for to get the 55w decide if the price is worth it. I did find 50w halogen at Advance Auto but the price was $25/ea so I passed. I want these to be my flood beam fog light for the worst of the worst adverse weather. Meaning blowing snow so you can barely see your hood or rain so heavy you can tell where the lines of the edge of the road are located. Aesthetics by themselves they do just look good if you're not trying to use them. That being said I've sourced an LED 880 series bulb. I'm afraid it may be too bright in adverse weather to be useful. But if you're not driving in adverse weather and just using them for looks then they would look pretty nice.(I'm guessing)I've also found a pair of halogen 880 series bulb but they are $15 on amazon for (2)55w bulbs. Too cheap to even consider honestly, but it's an option if all else fails. Finally I've found an HID 35w 880 kit that would be my first choice for adverse weather use. They may be too bright but I hope they do a better job than a cheap LED. I prefer the look of HID the most so I'm going to try these first. My biggest concern would be melting the housings but for $30 housings it's worth the gamble.
