I need to apologize this product is not defective. The cartridges fit my plotter but are not correctly programmed for the plotter. The part number had a lacked and additional character. When you order you need to verify product codes The label code was off by one letter.

I am very pleased to have received what I ordered - genuine ink that is far form expired (unlike some other seller I have found on Amazon - and which always get the ink returned from me if it is expired). Great OEM cartridges, yes you only get 5 instead of all 6 as some machines use 2 MBK inks, but the price is great when buying in bulk like this. The two times I purchased already never had a problem.

I ordered Ink for my printer and I k for my printer was delivered. The blacks are very non white and the colors are like a unicorn pooped on my pages, so vibrant and colory. Delivery was fast
