The taste!
I had high hope for this on a potato mono diet but this stuff is simply disgusting. It tastes like slightly burnt cardboard and has the texture of a sandwhich left on the beach. Sorry guys I don't know how you can sell this.

Great for bakery
Have made bread using almond flour and potato fibre and it turned out great, even my son loved it .
