They're not lined or anything, but I don't see any flaws in the stitching. I'm 5'2" and 105 lbs, and I like how the small fits with the cuffs rolled. I was worried it would be too loose around my waist, but it's perfectly snug and doesn't slide down - a pleasant surprise! A bit wrinkled from shipping, but a few minutes in the dryer fixed that. My only negative feedback is that they don't feel very much like cotton or linen... they feel synthetic.
