As a hairstylist I often get hip, knee and back problems. I've been skeptical of saddle stools for other reasons. But at 6'4 I finally got one and boy am I glad I did! This one is very comfortable, takes all that pressure off my back and knees instantly! Plus I don't cramp up after sitting. It's the perfect height even at its lowest setting, but I am tall, it rolls around easily, much easier than I expected. Nothing wonky or low budget about this! Now I can't see working without it. Definitely worth it if you're suffering like I was.

This is a high quality saddle chair! It doesn't go quite as low as I would prefer, but luckily my desk is adjustable. The seat is comfortable and just takes some getting used to. I sit on it for about 30 minutes before taking a break and walking around or going back to a normal chair. I bought it to help my posture, and it does. Sure, you can still slouch in this chair, but it makes me not want to as it's more comfortable sitting up straight. I highly recommend this one! I read tons of reviews and looked around Amazon a lot before landing on this seat, and it's the best for the price. P.S. It's super fun to walk-sit around my living room : D

First time I’ve used a saddle chair. It feels very natural to sit in that position. Seems well made. No issues assembling it.

I purchased this chair to use in the kitchen, and it has helped a lot. It can go high enough that I can roll over to the stove or sink and manage what I’m doing. I’m happy I bought both the backrest and the footrest because it adds additional positions for comfort. I find it does correct my posture and therefore my neck does not get as sore during food prep. Being short, the only thing that could have made it better for me would be the option for a narrower saddle. Quality seems good, I’m hoping it will hold up a long time!

I purchased this chair because I recently installed box braids on a client and my back and arms were on fire when I was done. The worst achy pain. I was looking for a tall chair to sit in to be able to style hair- as braids take a really long time. Came across this blessing. Put it together very easily. WARNING: the chair is unstable as it is on wheels. Before taking a seat, I always hold the backrest and kind of slide it under my butt. I almost fell twice trying to just sit down naturally. Helps with pain. Back rest reclines, seat goes up and down. BONUS: Recline the backrest and sit on it backward, rest your chin and have someone rub a tennis ball around your back.

This chair is really nice. It feels better on my hips, spine, and lower legs. You do have to sit in it with proper posture like on a real saddle. It doesnt have much stretch like a real horse would. The bottom legs do feel sort of thin, but it is a perfect chair elsewise.

My old office chair broke and I did not want to spend another $350+ dollars on a new chair. I figured I would try the saddle chair. Rolls easy, good back support, but this chair actually makes my knee hurt. I have a torn meniscus and some arthritis and most of the time my knee feels fine as long as I do not do squats, run, or climb stairs. I was doing a slow break-in of this chair as I read that it can take some time to adjust too the position it puts your body in. Even after 5 minutes of use, when I get up my knee feels as if I was climbing stairs. I figured it was just going to take a little longer to get used too, but I was wrong. This chair does not work for me and unfortunately, it is past the time for a return. Next time I should just spend the money on a good quality office chair. Live and learn.

Assembled in less than 10 minutes and very sturdy. As far as how well it wears… I’m hopeful based on the quality of the seat and metal products

The saddle chair does go higher (kitchen counter height) than usual so that I can almost stand - just what I wanted. I had a moment of great silliness: the stainless wheels were protected by a fine blue plastic wrap. It was so well covered that I thought I was sent blue wheels and was incensed. I wrote to the seller, who was polite throughout. I was told I would have to ship everything back (as they are go-betweens, the chair is made in China). Do know that once the pole is locked in the base, I at least could not separate them again. It would not have fitted in the original box. But eventually, I had a second look at the wheels and saw that they were only coved by blue plastic. Not a glorious moment in my life. I also saw that, at worse, these types of wheels are generic and I could have purchased replacements on Amazon. I write this in the reviews simply in case something in my debacle is useful. I have nothing to boast about!

Me encanto ayuda mucho con mi postura ya no me duele la espalda ! Es súper ligera las llantas súper bien y es mega fácil armarlo.

La compré con el temor de que no pudiera trabajar mucho tiempo por razones de cansancio al no poder recargar la espalda y gran sorpresa me llevé al darme cuenta de que no necesito recargar mi espalda y de que en efecto corrige mi postura. Estoy muy contento con mi silla.
