Our original diffuser had deteriorated to such an extent that water went in all directions from our kitchen mixer tap. I had the choice of trying to locate a similar one to fit or try something very different and I'm pleased to say the decision to purchase this was a wise one. Ours fits inside the end of the mixer arm (it can be an external thread) and took quite a bit of plumbers tape around the thread in order to make it a watertight joint. (I would strongly advise making sure you have plumbers tape before attempting to fit this as the thread will vary from tap to tap, regardless of the spec.) The main benefits of this diffuser - other than water not shooting out in all directions - is that water is diffused in such a way as not to splash off items in the flow and can be run at higher pressure without spraying worktops etc. It is also very useful to be able to adjust the aim of the tap to reach different areas of the sink. For our particular tap it also makes it easier to fill bottles and kettle openings etc. Absolutely no regrets.

This is a brilliant adaptation for my kitchen tap, it rinses dishes and everything really well.

Chose this after reading a review of a different product and this one was mentioned as better. Nice and sturdy, initially a bit fiddly to attach, due to quite a short thread depth, but once attached, it works really well and there absolutely are no leaks. Easy to tighten due to the textured ring. No apparent drop in water pressure either, as some mentioned. I also found it easy to change between the 2 settings, even with wet hands. The only slight gripe is that, as other reviewers noted, there is a gap between the top of the aerator and the tap, due to a short thread depth. If they hadn't skimped on the thread depth, this would have been a 5 star review.

Feels well made and of good quality. However, cannot seem to fit it without there being a leak, even after countless times unscrewing it and putting it on again. Switchable water flow is nice but there aren’t any visual indicators to let you know which setting you’re on. If you want to switch pressure and/or swivel it around while running hot water, be careful as the aerator gets really hot to the touch. Good enough as a quick resort but will keep only until I find a better suitable one

Très facile à installer : deux-trois tours de mains littéralement (si vous voulez être sûr de serrer au maximum vous pouvez utiliser un torchon mais c'est vraiment pas nécessaire). Du coup il se monte/démonte en 30 secondes montre en main. Tout ceci en partie grace au revêtement "grip" qui une fois le robinet en place reste très esthétique. Les points forts comparativement aux autres types d'embouts : -court : donc pas de perte de pression + filtre qui accentue encore la pression, donc super en mode douchette, vous pouvez karsheriser une poele grasse ou l'évier. -vous pouvez pivoter parfaitement à 360° ; pivot facile, mais pas trop pour ne pas bouger accidentellement et arroser votre plan de travail. -matériaux beaux, brillantS qui respirent la qualité et la solidité. -passage aisé et sans faille entre les deux modes (même avec les mains mouillées) -le petit plus : l'adaptateur (métal et non pas plastique ! cool !) pour l'utiliser sur un robinet de salle de bain, fourni avec deux joints de super qualité. -le prix reste parfaitement compétitif et dans la fourchette habituelle pour se type d'embout. -je ne lui trouve aucun défaut pour le moment très honnêment. Je vais le tester encore une semaine puis j'en acheterai un autre pour en stoquer un tout neuf au cas où, ou même pour en mettre un dans une autre pièce.

Se integra muy bien con la estética del grifo, pues es metálico y no tiene el look de plástico de otros y cumple con su cometido. Fácil de instalar si no tienes que utilizar los adaptadores para otras medidas de grifo, que son de plástico y entonces la vista general del grifo se resiente.
