First tried it out with ice water. Advertised that drinks stay cold for 24 hours. Well, it was still cold the next morning! Then, I put coffee in it for the office. My coffee was hot for over 6 hours!! I brought my regular travel mug and this bottle and had hot coffee all day!!!The bottle came wrapped in pkadyoc, bubble wrap and in a nice box. Plus i leave it in my hot car most of the day and it still stays cold with the ice.-only con i have is that i bought 2 of these and for some reason one stopped keeping my drink cold for even 4 hours.i think the seal might have went bad or something.-contacted there customer support and they were friendly but it did take about a week to get it resolved and they gave me a 50% refund, even though it says 100% satisfaction guarantee. This particular metal bottle is not only stylish, but functions perfectly in daily use. The water keeps super cold, and just a simple soap and water clean does the trick. No funny smells after several weeks of heavy usage. The best part.... if you have a concern or question, your email will be answered promptly. in fact, I sent a query, and had to be out of town for two weeks. In the interim, Tadge Goods sent three emails to make sure my concerns were addressed, and provided contact information.
