Apple iPhone 11 Pro, 256GB, Midnight Green - Unlocked (Renewed)

*SO FAR* no issues. Came exactly as described and even had a screen protector already placed perfectly. We’ve had for about 3 weeks at this time. I bought for my 12 yr old for sports practices so I didn’t want something new or expensive but so far this phone has surpassed expectations for the price!

I love it. Works really well. I love the features.

We have had good results with Amazon Renewed products in the past, but not this time. If it is MOBILESUPPLY, beware. This one came with a malfunctioning screen that would randomly go black and not work at all. When I went to get it looked at by the cellular repair man at the store in our neighborhood, he said he could see that we received a product that had water damage. He showed us the evidence of it and it was a completely damaged item even though I purchased the highest condition level. (It did look nice, but with a trained eye you could see the water damage in the lenses of the camera, certain areas of metal damage inside, and the fact that the screen didn't work.) :( My son was so stressed out because much of what he put on the phone was not saved to back up properly and it was a very disappointing learning experience. I must say though that Amazon is top-notch in customer service and at least that part worked out. I guess they need more strict standards in regard to who they will accept devices from. MOBILESUPPLY is not recommended.

Good item in good state

I’ve bought a lot of used phones on Amazon and 9/10 times something is wrong and I have to return it. This phone was in perfect condition on the outside, original screen, zero marks. The inside worked perfect. The only issue was a 77% battery life, which would be the 5th star, but that I just got replaced at the Apple Store for $100. Very pleased a few days after receiving it. Hopefully it stays that way.

Came earlier than I expected. Came as advertised. All pieces. The real test is my kid. I will edit this review after 30 days to properly give an honest review.

I ordered the iPhone 11 Pro Midnight Green and it looks fantastic, today almost 2 months into use, I have no regrets. Short version: If you want great performance, great cameras, and great battery life, go for it. Not so short version: 2 months after my purchase, I am quite happy. I have been using Android since 2013 and today there are almost no options that can compete in the 3 main pillars that interest me: performance, camera and battery. The box it came in was generic (as mentioned on Amazon Renewed), it comes with a also generic charger that charges up to 100% in about 1 hour 30 minutes (I thought it would be worse). It did not have a single aesthetic detail, everything perfect and with a 95% battery health. The options I had were: the iPhone 11 (any version), Google Pixel 5 and OnePlus 8T. What convinced me most of all on the iPhone was the stabilization of the videos, it is something fantastic. Almost all the apps you used on Android are also available on the AppStore and the way iOS works is simply amazing. I was afraid of getting bored, but that was not the case. The only point "against" I find is that today the battery health decreased from 95% to 89% (in 2 months), I don't know why, but it still has a good life. I love the photos and the way it handles the HDR, you just open the camera app and shoot, in videos, the best stabilization on a smartphone. If you are looking for performance, cameras and battery, this is the best option. I saw that there are not too many important differences with the 12 or 12 Pro, more than the LiDar sensor and the 5G that for me are not essential. I am very comfortable on iOS and the way everything works. I think I'll stay a long time. I hope it helps you. --- UPDATE July 18, 2022 After 1 year and 6 months, the Face ID suddenly stopped working and with that a battery failure, it discharges much faster, I have ios 15.5 and although it shows a health of 88%, after the Face ID failure, it ends 3-4x faster. Sounds like planned obsolescence. I am a disappointed in this aspect.

Llego en excelentes condiciones, en estética le pongo 9.5 ya que tiene unas marchitas en la parte trasera, llego sin golpes, hasta con mica y la condición de la pila al 100% de capacidad Llevo una semana con él y no ha tenido problema alguno Llevo 4 meses con el teléfono y no me ha fallado, la condición de la batería aún no baja del 100%, ya la calibre y continúa igual, excelente compra, comprador recomendado, pediré otro en un futuro no muy lejano 6 meses de uso y no ha fallado en nada, y la pila sigue al 100

Me llegó en 3 días, entrega muy bien, me llegó en caja con su cargador genérico y un manual, venía con Cristal Templados instalado. En resumen, la estética es de 8.5/10, viene con raspones en la.parte de arriba, algunos en los marcos y en la parte de atrás de esos cuando usas funda uso rudo genérica, sin embargo solo se queda ahí, en lo funcional está perfecto, llego con 84% y la batería dura el día completo con un uso promedio, todo le funciona, altavoces de escuchan bien, es la pantalla original con True tone, y en general está bien. Muy recomendable por el precio y la capacidad, pero si tienen la diferencia para comprarse el de estética al 10, háganlo vale más la pena si en un futuro lo quieren vender a más precio o lo cuidan mucho.
