There is NO WAY any toddler could fit there head through the neck hole! There are no buttons or zippers to open the neck hole wider to make this fit! Such a WASTE of money!! When I went to put it on her, it came to my attention that the neck hole was only 4" in diameter (if that), and there is no button or zipper. Since this was her birthday outfit, and I wasn't prepared with a back up outfit for her Minnie party, I ended up having to cut the neck, in order to get her head through the hole. There is no kid on earth that could have fit their head through this hole, and have the rest of the outfit fit as it's suppose to. Needless to say, I'm not happy, and will most likely not purchase from this seller again.
