good but refurbished!
I took this valve apart to check the gaskets, and balls. Found inside to refurbished! gaskets and balls are still ok though. Beware that these valves do not come with the bleeding plugs on the side. You would have to buy them separately otherwise these valves will rendered useless.

Seems that the handles are not sold separately. This was the cheapest alternative and it worked great.
