Won't work for smaller 16 year olds. This is more of an adult size.
Will work for a session. Closer to adult size than a youth size. My players are 16U and these are running big.

Perfect for our use
12u softball team of various sizes. Made cards to fit the window and all lasted through a full summer of travel ball. Had to trim a couple loose threads here and there on a couple but that might be from girls stuffing them in pockets, etc., more than the material.

These are the best wrist bands. They fit any size, the area where you put calls is very easy to access. They are easy to read, big enough paper. Must have.
