I can't say whether or not it works 5x faster than anything else, since I won't intentionally injure myself to test, but this is a good product worth having in a first aid kit that can handle more than minor boo-boos

Product works great, but kind of pricey for one. Not really complaining, but you also get what you pay for.

I am on 2 blood thinners. When I cut/gouge myself, getting the bleeding to stop can be very difficult. This product is what I consider a life saver in some cases, aas it does clot the wound & stops the bleeding. I highly recommend this product!

This product is a must for people on blood thinners, and for other cuts that are deep and don’t seem to stop bleeding. Every home should have this in their first aid kits .

Good for upgrading your first aid

Tengo que tomar anticoagulantes, y cualquier pequeño corte sangra mucho. Este producto lo detiene si simplemente lo grabo en mi piel. Es muy efectivo. El costo es al menos el doble que en los EE.UU. Pero o bien no se puede enviar a México, o con el envío, el costo es más que comprarlo en Amazon MX.

Classic packing gauze, except it is marketed (and illustrated on the package) as something to be applied on top of the wound. That could definitely work, but main reason for getting a packing gauze, is to get a packing gauze! And it may be used in conjunction with just packing that joint cavity wound with a simple sterile gauze, putting the blood stopper on top. Just listen to your first aid instructor (certainly not me - I just have an opinion), and buy more of these - they are good.

Lifesavers if you are on blood thinners. These provide instant clotting to small cuts or scrapes that won’t stop bleeding.

always have some, stuff works, rather have it then wish i bought some, a real lifesaver
