Very healthy flourless bread.
If you watch what you eat, then this is highly recommended, a wonderful delicious flourless bread based on sprouted seeds and when toasted, it is absolutely delicious.

My favorite bread
This bread is the only bread that I eat. Having been on Weight Watchers it's only one point and the quality the taste. The texture and freshness are unbelievable. It's a low calorie count and definitely healthy. It's a bit pricey but absolutely worth it.

Great product
Been using this bread for years, I don't eat too much of it. But if you watch any docu on the effect and evolution of grains today, let alone any processed stuff (flour, wheat etc) then you know this is probably a good buy. Avoiding grains, sugar, and anything processed seems to be the way to go and this product delivers ancient unprocessed grains. Usually throw a few of these in the freezer and keep one I'm using in the fridge. Have only ever had one or two go bad on me in years, but again I keep it in the fridge instead of out.

It’s quality bread made from sprouted seed
I bought my first loaf of plain Ezekiel bread in July half expecting to find the taste inedible. I was surprised that’s it was delicious so when I came back home I set about on how to order this bread here. I found another supplier but transportation was really expensive. I was so happy to find that i could get this bread via amazon. It’s expensive but it’s a specialist bread. But if the price is too unpalatable there’s always standard bread made with bread flour from Lidl. Worth the purchase in my opinion and looking forward to buying again.
