I love this product!!! I bought my first bottle of NutriFlair D-Mannose 1200mg, 120 Capsules - with Cranberry and Dandelion Extract, on Amazon for the first time in May 2020. I have had chronic UTIs since 2015. I tried everything to try to minimize the frequency and severity of the problem. I went to a urogynecologist whom my doctor had referred me back in 2015. At that time, the urogynecologist put me on a daily pill to make the environment of the bladder unfriendly to the E. coli bacteria that was causing my UTIs. I had not gone back to the urogynecologist since my first visit, as it was over an hour away from my home, and I figured that my family doctor could prescribe me the medication himself. Well, when it came time to renew the prescription, he did not want to prescribe it since he was not familiar with it. He assumed that it probably causes the bladder to be more acidic, which in turn causes a hostile environment to the E. coli bacteria. But he never followed through with researching the medication. In May 2020, I went to the doctor about an aggressive bout of thrush that I had gotten because of the last round of antibiotics I had taken for the UTI. It is very common for me to get yeast infections or thrush after a round of antibiotics. Still, the thrush I had in May got so bad that I could not swallow without my throat feeling like I was eating razor blades. I thought that it was probably strep throat because it felt just like the one occasion in the past that I had had strep throat. I have had UTIs once a month or more, so I have been taking antibiotics, which was exacerbating my thrush. I asked my doctor again if he could prescribe me the medication that the urogynecologist had prescribed for me back in 2015. He asked me if I remembered the name of it; the answer to that was no. I reminded him of what he had told me that it probably changes the PH level of the bladder. He said to me that cranberry extract does the same thing. The first thing that I did when I got home from that appointment was to look it up on |Amazon. As I put my search request in for the cranberry extract, I kept seeing the D-Mannose coming up several times in the results. I did some research and watched a few videos about the benefits that D-Mannose has on urinary tract health. I updated my search parameters to include the D-Mannose along with the cranberry extract. I was looking for the highest concentrations of both supplements so that I could deliver my UTI a knock-out punch. I was going to buy a bottle or two of each. But I found this NutriFlair D-Mannose 1200mg, 120 Capsules - with Cranberry and Dandelion Extract. The concentration of the Cranberry extract and D-Mannose was perfect for me, plus this contains dandelion extract also, which I found out has natural diuretic properties, which helps the system to flush out the bacteria. I do not get the typical symptoms of a UTI like burning while urinating, fever, etc. My first and only symptom of a UTI is excruciating lower back pain from a kidney infection which has developed because I have not caught it in time. I was able to get rid of the UTI by taking four capsules morning and evening for the first day, then one capsule twice per day as a supplement to prevent or at least significantly reduce the frequency of recurrence. I have been taking colloidal silver at the first sign of back pain. It does work well without the side effects of the antibiotics. By taking the D-Mannose in conjunction with the colloidal silver, it goes away in twenty-four hours instead of three days. I love, love, love this product!!!

I hate antibiotics because they kill good bacteria too so I take this and I believe it works better anyway! Good for maintaining good bladder health and I don’t seem to get up so often in the night!
