Sturdy
My dog is an almost 60 lb energetic Springer Spaniel. I’m a 70 year old. He has jerked and tipped me over with other around the waist leashes. The two comfortable handles on the leash and the shock absorbency reduce the likelihood of my being felled. Additionally, if worn loosely, the around the waist portion swivels smoothly around my waist over my clothes as the dog moves from side to side when the dog is not under command to heel. I’m not constantly having to change the leash from hand to hand. The leash just slides and tracks with the dog without jerking.I took my dog to a camping music festival and had to live with a leashed dog for 9 days. This leash made the experience enjoyable for us both. I could walk with a coffee cup in one hand and not get my precious brew spilled all over me as I let my dog sniff and explore happily. The little Fanny pack is big enough for a roll of doggie doodie bags and my cell phone. I like how the bags slide out of the grommet hole. This rig really was great. The leash does not drag on the ground and get dirty or trip the dog. The expandable length was perfect. My dog liked being on this leash and I liked being on the other end too. We looked like well behaved happy campers. When my naughty husband let his springer off his less comfortable and more restrictive leash, I could grab his dog and clip him to the other end of my leash using the clip that attaches to my waist strap. Using my leash I could walk both dogs back to our site through the camp ground in a law abiding manner that did not cause my partner and I to be annoyed with each other.

Best running leash
My dog has chewed up 4 of these leashes. I have also purchased 5 because I love them so much. It has a convenient pouch for poo bags, which I appreciate. It’s easy to use and easy to run with. I will definitely keep purchasing!

Good for all sizes of dogs.
This works great. I use it one a 65 lb standard poodle and a 19 lb yappy dog at the same time and they do wonderful. It keeps my hands free and allows the little dog some movement back and forth on the belt (since only 1 D ring moves). The pouch holds my large samsung phone and a few dog bags.Fits my stomach well. I'm a 34 inch waist and their is still plenty of room for a bigger waisted adjustment.Strength: the poodle is very strong and loves to lung at cats, squirrels, anything really. She stops when I call, but instinct has her bolt initially. So far no issues with the belt even with that behavior.I love the handle on each end of each leash. Works great if I need to short hold the poodle, or if I want to take one off the belt and use as a regular leash.

Comfortable Practical Sturdy Freedom
I’m very happy with my purchase. I appreciate the overall quality of my new Lanney Handsfree leash. The high-denier nylon is thickly woven and sewn well. The waist strap is easily adjustable in length (wear at waist or hips, big or small person) and the quick-release buckle is solid/easy to release. There are two gray stripes of reflective material integrated the full length of the belt and lead for enhanced safety at night. The trim horizontal-mount zippered waist pack has room for my phone, keys, simple ID, and poop bags. It has two loops on the back to thread the bag onto the belt so it can easily be shifted to the position I prefer while running, and slid forward to access as needed (or removed.) The hardware is solid (clips/rings). I like that the clip bases feature 360° spinners to avoid twisting the lead while in use.I love the length of the lead and the two comfy sewn-in hand grips (each end, for control as needed). The integrated bungee in the lead is just right to greatly minimize shock all around (I’m training a rescue dog: sudden shifting/starts/stops). Crucially saving my petite wrists, Emmi’s neck, and avoiding back strain for both of us: win-win comfort and safety! I find this set meets all my needs for function and simplicity. Great design and price point. Kudos to Team Lanney 😊💜

Love but needs improvements
Overall I love this. I've used it twice now and find there are very practical things that don't work well. The pouch is removable which is nice but would be great if used to have a fastener to keep it in place. It slides all over the place. Also due to the non fixed D ring being on the outside of the belt adjustment, no matter how tight you want the belt, during use it will loosen up because the D ring is pushing against it towards the front. Improvements would include either 2 fixed D rings and an adjustable one, or else put the adjustable one between the buckle and sizing adjustment. For 2 dogs the way its set up really doesn't work well. Debating whether to keep or not.

I love being hands-free
Love this product overall! The bungee is really strong and definitely absorbs the shock. Instead of a dog taking off and it yanking you, the bungee is a quiet reminder to the dog that it’s about to reach the end of the leash so my dog slows down and I don’t go flying.I love the Fannypack part which is why I bought it. It’s nice to put keys in there and AirPods, the only issue is that I have an iPhone and I really have to jam it in there. It barely goes in with just one set of keys, it definitely needs to be bigger and more roomy.

Heavy buckles on little dogs. Great for bigger dogs.
I love it, however the buckles are very heavy for my little chihuahua. I wish I would have paid more attention to that before I bought it. I'm sure it's great for bigger dogs. I'm going to try to jimmy rig it to get the heavy buckle off my baby. I LOVE being able to run with my arms free though!

Simple and Pratical
So over all I like the product. The leash is sturdy with some nice give due to the bungee, the belt fits nicely around my waist and through some belt loops, and the pouch is big enough to fit some treats an extra roll of dog baggies cards, rescue inhaler and my emergency meds. My only gripe with it is as a taller person (6'2) it can be a bit akward to grip the handle that is closer to the dog and i wish it was just a bit higher up so I can have the option for better control without it feeling like I have to walk stooped over a bit to hold it while we walk.

Changes Have Been Made!
I was nervous about buying this lead due to the many poor reviews, but the company has clearly listened and I'm really impressed with this lead set up.It arrived with a lovely leaflet explaining the quality of their materials and their promise to help if anything does happen to go wrong.I bought it for my puppy because getting out the door with phone, keys, poo bags, wiggly puppy AND THEN trying to feed treats quickly to reward correct behaviour...neither of us enjoyed our stressful walks. From our first walk on this lead, he has been a 90% angel, and the other 10%, having him anchored to my core and not to my arm which can easily be pulled higher without really noticing, corrects him immediately. It is quite heavy (for a 14 week Sprocker), but this gives me confidence for the sturdiness when he is old enough to run with it.The clips are great with the fixed and free ones. The lead is a great length that when he's off lead, I can clip it back on itself and it's around mid calf (I'm quite short too) but I tend to then hook over my body diagonally when I'm running (in circles and him running free) so it doesn't flap about.Poo bag dispenser is greatDivider is great - its an internal flap rather than separate zips as in the photo.Get this one, three weeks in and it's brilliant

Brilliant!!!
I absolutely love this hands free running lead with bag and although I don’t go running with my dog not out of choice cos I would love too but my dog won’t run!! But it’s great for his dog walks!!!It’s very durable and the bag has plenty of storage for all my bits n bobs and poo bags etc and it’s easy to adjust to your size tooThe lead itself is really high quality and the clips are strong and u have a choice of what length to have your dog and the bungee part works amazingly when they pull!!!I haughty recommend this product and I’ll also have one!!!

Game changer
Fab way to walk the dog. There is enough length so she can get out and I'm not tripping over her, but it's short enough so that if she's walking at heel, I don't get tangled in it.The waist strap isn't the most comfy because of its thickness, but that's knyl if she really pulls. The bag section is OK but very thin so only really useful for some poo bags. The clip is strong and I have no worries about it coming apart. The handle sections work really well on the bungy lead.

Great value & well made
This has transformed my dog walks!I have a very eager Cockapoo, who loves to pull on the lead and this waist belt has alleviated so much hand pain from the pulling.Even if not planning to go for a run, I would recommend this as it frees up hands for coffee and picking up poop! It’s well made, sturdy and the bumbag is great for storing poop bags, house keys etc.Great value for money, much cheaper than leading pet stores.I’ve had a lot of fellow dog walkers ask me where I got it from.

Excellent
I have used this product with a medium sized dog. It performed very well. Only criticism is the bag is quite small I could not fit my mobile in it, however the item worked as described. Would happily recommend buying it.
