Recommended by a slightly rebellious Keto follower
Update, 4/11/2021: Please note that my original review is only for the unsweetened Three Wishes cereal, which I still heartily enjoy. I recently purchased another case of it, but I was sent a case of honey-flavored Three Wishes cereal accidentally. I wouldnโt normally purchase it because of the added sugar and higher carb content, but I decided to open a box and give it a try. Iโm sorry, Three Wishes...your honey-flavored cereal is awful. It tastes like plastic. My husband tried a handful of it dry and said exactly the same thing. Those may be natural flavors you use, but they definitely donโt taste like honey. Blech. The unsweetened is still fantastic, though. Waiting excitedly to buy another case when itโs back in stock...while I find an open-minded friend or family member on whom I can foist this awful โhoney-flavoredโ stuff. Original review, 11/25/2019: I'm probably not the target audience for this cereal, because I eat mostly keto and this stuff is a little on the carby side. Nevertheless, I bought a box of Three Wishes unsweetened cereal. Why? Because I don't really miss the sugary, chocolaty, fruity, frosty, animal-mascoted cereals; I miss rice Chex, and corn flakes, and maybe even Cheeriosโthose simple, not-sweet cereals whose toasty, grainy flavor goes so well with cold milk. There are keto cereals on the market, but I haven't really tried any because most of them are made to imitate over-the-top snack-food cereals marketed to children during Saturday morning cartoons (or granola, but I can make that myself) and, truthfully, it's quite difficult to imitate simple grain flavors with strictly keto ingredients. So I bought a box of this stuff to try, knowing that it wouldn't be something I'd eat regularly, but hoping that a small portion would satisfy my occasional hankering for some of that simple, toasty, grainy cereal. And indeed, it does. The texture is great, and the flavor is almost perfect. Considering the ingredients, and how few of them there are, I was surprised by how much it tastes like grain-based cereals. I'm looking forward to indulging occasionally in this cereal and experiencing a little of that toasty (and now grain-free) deliciousness, thanks to Three Wishes.

Creativity Works
For those who say that this cereal has no taste: try a little bit of Cinnamon, NOW BetterStevia Liquid, Vanilla Extract, and Almond Milk with it. Add a little bit of creativity to the ingredients and it's really good. It' crunchy, and Gluten Free too.

Good Cereal
The cereal is plant based and gluten free. Itโs not frosted flakes and cocoa pebbles and sugary leprechauns. It tastes great for what it is. However, if you want it on-time, in a box directly from the Manufacturer, you need to purchase it at Vitacost.com. Amazon is unrealiable and ridiculously expensive when the stock gets low. They were charging almost $11 per box when stock was backordered! Go to Vitacost. Youโll have a much better experience for almost the same price, and your boxes will be fresh, packaged correctly, and wonโt be damaged or opened.

Memh... Cardboard tastes better
The good news - the cereal is gluten free and very low sugar content The not good news - the cardboard box tastes better than the cereal. Will not be purchasing again.

Great Cereal but Damaged Box
I was running low on this cereal and didn't have the time to run to the store. I love this cereal because it's made with only 4 ingredients and doesn't contain sugar (a hard thing to find these days!). I like that it's made from chickpeas as it means extra protein. For someone who is gluten free, nut free, and sugar free, this cereal is a game changer. However, the box arrived damaged. Not only is there a fairly large gash on the front of the box (from what I can tell, the plastic is still intact, thankfully), the box has been crushed on the bottom R side so badly that it can't stand up on its own. Next time, I'll get this at the store.

Good cereal for diabetics.
My husband loves that he can finally have cold cereal again. Low salt, carbs and sugar. Great for diabetics.

Three Wishes Cereal / Grain Free
I love this Cereal, but it should have been shipped in a box instead of a paper container. Both Boxes where slightly crushed.
