Having jet washed my sandstone patio I was left with a lot of black spots which just wouldn’t shift. This product has done in all fairness a rather decent job of removing a lot of it! Applied by pump sprayer, left for a couple of hours then thoroughly rinsed off. A lot of people mention the smell, it’s fairly strong of bleach but not overwhelming. Will try a second application to see if the rest shifts! All in all a rather decent product!

Bought this after jetwashing my patio and not being happy with results using just water. Put this down and could see a difference in 10 minutes! Left for 2 hours then jet washed it off. My patio hasn't been that clean since it was first laid. Strong bleach like smell but didnt bother me. Will definitely buy again, worth the money!

Works brilliantly. In the photos, the 'dirty' slabs on my patio have already been power washed to remove dirt and grime, and left behind were the black spots and other algae. I already thought the difference between uncleaned slabs and power washed slabs was significant (yes, they were pretty filthy). What a difference this stuff made!! Used 3 full tubs (15 litres) of it for approx. 50 sq. m. of patio slabs. Could possibly have put it on a bit thinner to make it go further, but first time using it on 5 or so years of build up, so was ok with possibly putting to much on. Left it for approx. 3 hours, although you could see it working after a few minutes, then power washed the slabs clean again to remove any residue, and POW! The slabs look like new! Cleaned up better than I thought and brought the colour back out again! A couple of very heavily affected areas, or areas I maybe put it on too thinly, still have a few visible black spots, but over the whole patio, very little was left. Awesome stuff!!

Not fully used it other then trying on a small area .... it kinda works but needed a couple of coats, let stand over night, plus lots of scrubbing ... will add to this when Ive done the whole area

This actually removes black spots on sandstone slabs. Best to leave it on overnight. It's great.

Definitely makes a difference to slabs but really needs pressure washing as well. Perhaps I needed to have sprayed them more heavily. The acid certainly stains clothing as warned.
