No complaints. Doesn’t flake. Has nice smell. Holds well. Review: Holds shape without the crunch. Bonus: works on mustaches! - I’ve tried a lot of pomades that leave my hair feeling like a crispy helmet or a grease pit. This one finds the perfect balance. It gives my hair the shape and hold I need, but it stays natural looking and doesn't get crunchy or oily. It is also surprisingly versatile. I discovered it works really well for curling my mustache. It offers enough hold to keep the shape all day, but isn't as sticky or waxy as dedicated mustache wax. If you want a product that holds well but washes out easily and doesn't feel gross, this is a solid choice. ## Features - Adds pliable definition and shine to all hair lengths with effortless application ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00BFJGM5M | | Best Sellers Rank | #945 in Beauty & Personal Care ( See Top 100 in Beauty & Personal Care ) #1 in Hair Styling Pomades | | Brand Name | Suavecito Pomade | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 28,463 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00885578053197 | | Hair Type | All | | Item Form | Gel | | Item Volume | 118 ml | | Item Weight | 12 ounces | | Liquid Volume | 4 fluid ounces | | Manufacturer | Suavecito | | Material Type Free | Dairy Free | | Number of Items | 3 | | Product Benefits | Frizz Control, Shape & Hold | | Scent | Original | | Scent Name | Original | | UPC | 885578053197 885374137633 859896004001 | | Unit Count | 12 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Hair Type:** All - **Liquid Volume:** 4 fluid ounces - **Material Type Free:** Dairy Free - **Product Benefits:** Frizz Control, Shape & Hold - **Scent:** Original ## Images ![Original Hold 4 oz, 3 Pack - Medium Hold Hair Pomade For Men - Medium Shine Water Based Wax Like Flake Free Hair Gel - Easy To Wash Out - All Day Hold For All Hairstyles - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/811iTgbhqQL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Scent** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: What's the difference between this product and the strong/firm hold? Which is better** A: The firm hold is a little bit thicker so it makes it slightly harder to apply and mold your hair for certain styles. It also clumps up on the comb when you run it through your hair. It's not a bad product. I just prefer the regular because it holds just as long and just right without the hassle **Q: how many OZ are in the cans?** A: They are the small ones the 4 or 14 oz suavecito only makes two sizes small and a tub these are the small **Q: is this like gel or wax ?** A: It is a gel-like pomade with a great hold. It does not flake like normal gels. It also washes out like a gel. **Q: Is this water soluble? Does it wash out easy?** A: Yes it is. I just tested it by adding a pea size on my hand, rubbed it & then used water to remove it. My son wears it for school & then has no problem washing it off before heading to Lacrosse practice. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great pomade for men *by A***W on July 14, 2026* Love this - it’s cheap, works great, and washes out easily.
