First the good: 1. Great Value 2, Good fit (the sizing is right for these gloves versus the Kastking Gil Raker) 3. Good graphics (Prym 1 Camo patterns) Now the not so good: 1. Water resistance is adequate but not up to par with Fish Monkey's cold weather gloves. I sprayed my with camp dry and that helped immensely. Truthfully, I didn't expect they'd be too water resistant. 2. Warmth... These gloves are okay for temperatures 40 degrees and above; however, below 40 degrees and they aren't as warm as I'd like. Better than nothing but not super warm. Still, for the price paid, I cannot complain. 3. It would be better if the fingers would peel down past the second joint of the finger. Overall, the Kastking Mountain Mist cold weather gloves met my expectations. They are what they are: a budget friendly, entry level, cold weather fishing glove, that happens to look good. If you're a "recreational" angler, these gloves will be just fine; however, if you're a "hardcore" angler, I'd say go with a premium brand like Fish Monkey.
