Don't really know, but don't even consider these. They are a piece of junk. First time I tightened the bolts provided they bent out of shape, and would not tighten all the way. When I put my feet on the pegs they would rotate so far down that my feet would slip off the pegs. RUN!!!!! Bobby

It depends on the diameter of the bars/frame that you are wanting to install them on. I can say that they fit perfect on my 2022 KLR 650 engine crash bars.

2019 Road Glide Special,,, Sure,,, if you have the right size bars they will fit as expected. The hardware is good, nuts tighten down without stripping, bar band is pretty robust. Being black they blend in pretty good after installed with a durable coating finish. I adjusted mine stiff, so that i really have to start opening them with my hand.
