This product is amazing. It does exactly what it says. Use it as directed and be faithful and you will be rewarded with very few needle drops. My tree was up over a month and still looked beautiful. If you plan on keeping your tree up for an extended period of time I would recommend ordering two because you will want to use this.

I don't know if it was just that my Balsam was exceptionally healthy, or that there was some Christmas magic involved, or God decided to cast down a wintry miracle, or if this product with regular watering did the trick. But it is now a year later and my tree has not fully died. We still have it up. I purchased my tree in mid-December of 2023. It was not to be the main tree for Christmas, but rather a tree to celebrate the solstice (I celebrate Christmas too, but use an artificial tree for that). I watered the tree with hot water as needed (every day or every other day) and followed the instructions for this plant food. Before I knew it, it was February and my tree still looked fabulous. This stuff is wonderful (efficient AND fairly priced) at adding a boost to your tree. Use with warm or hot water for better absorption and whenever you water the tree, add a capful of this stuff. I plan on using this for all future trees. Also, you can likely get by with a one-pack, but your mileage may vary. Very pleased with this product.

I feel that this formula really worked. My tree stayed green and full of needles through the entire month of December. Some would fall, maybe 4 a day, and if you brushed past it a good deal more would fall. But without touching it, the needle dropping was at a minimum. Luckily the tree was out of the path of the A/C vent, and the fan was rarely turned on. The tree did stop taking in water the last week of December. It was drinking A LOT before that. When i removed the tree from the stand I noticed a thin dark slimy layer on the cut trunk surface. Not sure if that was just from a combination of sap and sitting water, or if the MiracleGro had anything to do with it... Either way having a live tree wasn't quite such a pain with this. Only took a few seconds to add to the water when watering.

Excellent results! Following the instructions of one cap per quart of water my tree has lasted from Black Friday until January 13th and the tree is even growing fresh buds. Very pleased with the results from using this Christmas Tree food. The two bulbs of Miracle-Gro are the right amount on hand to preserve a tree as long as this. NOTE: after pouring a cap full of Miracle-Gro be sure to rinse the cap before placing it back on its container. The liquid can become sticky and will leak minutely down onto the container and any surface you keep the container. Simple step.

So far, seems to work. I have an 8' fraser fir bought from a big box home improvement store. Mix is concentrated and it's one capful to one quart of water. I recommend buying this two-pack as I'm already halfway through the first bottle and it's only December 8th. UPDATE: Dec. 16 Yep, it works! I am now seeing globs of sap on the ends of the branches, the tree is greener, and I'd swear one or two are longer. I have used up one whole bottle of MiracleGro. 10 Stars for a safe and longer-lasting tree!

Snake oil product, did not work for our Christmas and a rip off price.

Worked well for my tree, but I drank it I didn't get bigger. Well maybe a little fatter.

Did absolutely nothing for the tree. Tree still looked dried out after a week. Even with under floor heating turned off and watered tree everyday. Only need to knock the branches and the needles fall off. Only had the tree for just over a week and used this product as directed.
