Long lasting product
These can last a very long time if you are sanding an area that is flat with no edges to catch on. If there are edges then you are spending more money than needed since the edges will tear up just as quickly as cheaper paper. I would agree that for the right application they could last 10x longer or more.

Price to high
I thought I was purchasing a pack of 50. If you search on amazon or go to homedepot,, you can get 50 for $17-$18. i returned the disc. I gave a low score for the price, not the sanding disc. I have used these disc for many projects, and they work great.

Diablo needs to rethink their sanding products
These do not last 10 times longer than traditional orbital discs. In fact they wear out quicker. I used 80 grit to rough up an exterior paint surface. Very little pressure applied and they disintegrate. They do not protect the edge of orbital like the paper ones and you see wear on your Velcro even when using the included adapter. Diablo makes great cutting blades. Their sanding division needs to rethink its product line entirely, as both these and the paper pads are such out quality.

Worse than paper discs
These net discs don't last longer than paper discs. They actually wear out quicker! I sanded the edges of a 4x4 post I just cut and after only 20 seconds I noticed the abrasive coating at the center of the disc was gone, leaving the net (fabric) exposed. After a few more seconds, the entire disc was wasted with multiple spots missing the abrasive coating making the disc useless. This is a mistake, I will go back to paper discs ASAP.
