365 by Whole Foods Market, Hummus, Original, 16 Ounce

I enjoy this hummus. It's exactly plain hummus and because of the size it's much cheaper than the national brands.

365 Whole Foods Original Hummus is the best I have tasted. I have made Hummus from scratch and it is just as good if not better and less costlier. The taste and creamy texture is unsurpassed compared to any of the brands I have tasted. 365 Whole Foods Original Hummus is just as good as the hummus that the Falafel Drive-in located in San Jose (as seen on Dinners, Drive-Ins, and Dives TV program) sells at their restaurant. I actually prefer Whole Foods 365 Original Hummus. Make sure you purchase the 16 ounce container rather than the 8 ounce size because it is addictive.

They recently changed the recipe and it has different packaging than what is currently pictured. The old kind had a very strong lemon and salt flavor and barely tasted like hummus at all in my opinion. The new recipe is very solid.

Best price for a 1 lb of hummus. You don't have to wait for a sale because this $/ounce is really the best value on Amazon Fresh. The hummus comes with less oil than other brands and no toppings, but don't let that detract from adding your own. It is simple and plain, which is good because the ingredient list is very clean. I like to chop up some chili peppers and mix it in.

I usually buy Members Mark or Aldi hummus. This is as tasty as those. I would buy again.

Great hummus smooth creamy texture

This hummus doesn't have much flavor at all, it's incredibly bland. I have made traditional hummus at home and purchased the Safeway organic hummus....both have way more flavor than this. I bought it because the price for the amount seemed good, but I will never buy again, better off making my own or buying Safeway O Organics traditional hummus.

I've tried many premade hummus (hummi?) And this is by far my fav! It has a homemade flavor and texture. You really get a tahini flavor and I love that it's not absolutely pureed, watery and bland like some other products. This is always in my house. It's a bonus that it's a good value, but it'd buy it if it was more expensive than others. I'll never go back!
